The default branch is mainline, not main. The publish-docs
workflow was triggering on push to a branch that never gets
written to, which is why no Forgejo Actions runs have fired
for any of the recent merges.

• .forgejo/workflows/publish-docs.yaml: trigger on mainline
• README.md + documentation/README.md: prose updated to
  match the actual branch name
